Lear Completes Financial Reorganization and New Common Shares Will Begin Trading on the NYSE

The people of the old company who stay and still are working in the new company and took our money have to associate the old shareholders and in the next 2 or 3 years distribute at least 250M $ for the old shareholders or to give them proportionaly shares from the new company where these people have part. It was not a total bankruptcy so the old shareholders have to receive in the same proportion their investment.
