Corporate 'swift-boating' targets Kucinich. Please help.
Click here to view video.Cleveland's corporate establishment is pouring massive amounts of money into an unprincipled attack campaign against Congressman Dennis Kucinich, distorting and misrepresenting his record in a way that comes right out of the Republican dirty tricks playbook.
At the same time, everyday citizens are coming to Dennis' defense -- real people who live here, work here, raise their families here, and rely on him to represent their interests.

With only a week until the March 4th primary election, we need your help to counter the attacks and put those hardworking citizens on television and radio so they can tell the truth.
Here's a special message from Dennis explaining what's going on.

Here's an example of their distortions.

And here are 11 television ads that we've produced featuring real people explaining in their own words why they support Dennis and why this election is so important.

We need your help to get these messages on the air and to keep them on the air.

Please, today, contribute as generously as you can to keep a Real People's Representative in Congress. And please ask your friends and family to help in any way they can.
Thank you
Friends of the Re-Elect Congressman Kucinich Committee
If your beloved Dennis Kucinich had spent more
time serving the interests of the people in his
congressional district and less time on a doomed
attempt at promoting himself as a presidential
candidate it would not be necessary to appeal to
those outside his district for financial support.

How much time has Kucinich spent outside his
congressional district and Washington D.C. during
the past 2 years promoting himself as a one
issue candidate? How much has he spent in this
crusade of his .... and how much has he raised?

No thanks ... he's in the same category as Ralph
Nader, except Nader isn't on the payroll.

Curious, don't you Canucks have your own provencial elections to worry about rather than worrying about a Hobbit-like, UFO seeing Congressman, or is Canada going to become the new Florida, which is where all rabid Paulites seem to have ISP addresses?

Fascinating, isn't it, that a guy over 70 years
old has all of the answers for every problem
you can imagine but can't figure out whether he
is a Republican or a Libertarian. Isn't he a
bit old for a mid-life crisis?
He can't figure out if he wants to fight for his House seat, or be a pain in the arse and continue his Presidential run.

The Agenda Platform That John Edwards Built

Posted by AJ Melton on Friday Feb 1 | via www.nytimes.com This link will take you off Topix

Initially, it was Dennis Kucinich that changed the dialog of the 2008 presidential campaign.

As the race went on, it was clear that John Edwards set the agenda for democratic candidates to talk about real issues that impacted everyday Americans.

Although he has dropped out of the race, most of his agenda is kept alive through Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton...
