you people do not know what you're talking about. plenty of money managers/traders/etc can give you a 10% or 11% return on your money legitimately without you having to know what they are investing in. the stock market moves so much each day, many traders are making great money for themselves and clients. calling these people parasites (when they are working hard/aren't even sucking money from our govt) only shows your jealousy & lack of intelligence.

10%, or 11% in a good economy-maybe, but unless you are breaking the rules(insider trading) an honest person can't compete. America had too many
people who made their living off other people's

Government handout? Yea like the janitor driving a Cadillac Escalade that bought a $800k house thinking it would only go up and up and UP in value is now begging the government for help. But first they want the criminals on Wall St. to be thrown in jail for MAKING them buy the house they could never afford under any circumstance and MAKING them buy a new Cadillac and MAKING them buy a flat screen etc etc.

bill, my husband trades stocks. when the market goes way up & then way down each day like this, making 10% returns is [knock wood] easier than ever. and he's doing it honestly dumbass and it IS stressful hard work and he's not leeching off the govt like SO MANY OTHERS so why don't you keep your mouth shut until you know what the hell you're talking about. thanks.

How simple of you to look at what is going on at the moment and to see how destructive it has been to our country and the entire WORLD, and not be able to step back and have some analytical thoughts about what and why this is happening. Sounds to me like you live in the "teeny tiiny itty bitty box" . One of many people in Marin who think the world revolves around them and that they should be entitled to have whatever, whenever, at whomevers cost. Americans have been living like this for so long and IT IS NOT how much of the rest of the world lives and this serves as a serious reality check. If you can't see that you have a very simple view of the world.
