So that's why the coffee at IHOP got better. You can acually drink it now.

Hey now the people in Applebees can be the has beens with broken teeth and rude mannerisms! I honestly don't see this as a good combination but time will tell of course. The two things just don't seem to mix together - kind of like Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins Ice Cream.

MBA mentality, buy it whole, sell its parts for more in a one time transaction. IHOP now is nothing but a management company with no risk collecting franchise fees from the suckers who are committed because they bought the "store".

Julia should eat at a few South Florida IHOP's before she starts taking any bows. Financials don't begin to tell the tale.
