I took Insights triple play plan and now have four.
Windstream has charged for me for another month when I switced plans before the end of billing cycle, Many phone calls and no results. Even had the bank fax them copy of my bank transaction that they charged me and they say that is not enough proof.
Insight notified them on Jan 7 that they were taking over on Jan 18, Winstreams maintains that I had their service until Jan 23,2008.
Any suggestions.
