If everyone got on the same page company can do well. RSRs don't know what there DSMs are doing and no one knows what management is doing no trust. Get the trust back and well will get back to our market share

Get the trust back and well will get back to our market share Too late to reclaim market shares Ward. Here in the midwest we just learned we are losing all PL in all the WM's effective in two weeks. Along with the lost sales per store we will be losing 50% of mainstream space in every store. Here in Rochester their will be two less routes on the streets, I was told their is 40 stores effected in the Chicago area alone, 12 here in MN. How do you recoupe from this? Many more routes coming off the streets and of course restructuring the remaining routes with less service days to the stores. In all this spells nothing but more troubles. Sad, very sad.

in atlanta,we only have 2 ft of shelf space in grocery stores, for bread no private label any where.flowers, and sara lee have bought all shelf space.if you convince grocery stores for a display, next day, your display has been moved in back of store, and another company has taking that space,no help from management.I worked at several grocery store before coming to this company, and know other bread companys have padded store managers pockets to get extra space.ceo and board members should have used their big raises, to buy us extra space, wonder, and hostess products sell their self we just need the shelf space.dirty world we live in.shame on no good management.Gods blessings on all IBC employees am praying for you all..
