wonder needs to get a life.

I notice that all the wonder guys trying to bring flowers down. Let me tell you something wonder wake up and get a life. stop posting lies on this blog. Everybody knows all the problems y'all having.

If you are browsing another company's forum you have got to be concerned somehow. It's hypocritical and self defeating to complain about a company insulting you when you insult them in the same post.

All I can say is we all just put bread on a shelf and hope it sells so we can feed our families..there doesn't need to be retarded animosity between companies. In some markets other companies excel over others..just the way it is.

The only thing I see wrong with my neck of the woods is the union. They make bad decisions for us and make it incredibly hard to get rid of bad route guys and extra men...We are only suffering in the incompetence and lazyness of these individuals.

The only problem I have is that in the south wonder guys tries to play dirty against one bread guy. They have to seen 3 or sometimes 4 bread guys to try and stop the flowers guy,This is one small town, so I think your guys is not showing class.

The way you put words together and call it a sentence makes me believe that our school system is shot. Spend some of that cash you guys claim your making and grab yourself a tutor. Honestly I tried to make sense of what you wrote and all it did was make me without speech.

I read these posts and think: every market musy be very different. Here in the NC/SC market, Sara Lee is struggling. They can't keep people hired. They run low , low dollar amounts. Maybe the " big dogs " at Sara Lee run the show somewhere, but not here.

Wonder is turning a profit. If you new what you were talking about you would already know that.

Their are points being made here though few it would seem, here in our area Butternut sales better than wonder, Lewis is pulling out of more and more accounts, Sara Lee?They cant keep help and their drivers barely do their jobs, oh wait, that is also a description of some our drivers.Drivers fault?Lazy? Perhaps but if management turns a blind eye to the fact that the job is only half done...

Management turns down sales, wants to drop accounts and complains any time they have to work, so much for taking back the streets.As far as the Unions, would you rather not have had a job?The contract great no, but it saved more jobs than liquidating.Perhaps we all need to just try to make the best of it and try and make this company profitable not for them but for ourselves and those we work with.

Has any one heard any thing about the Home Pride and Beefsteak labels being sold?

Funny that you say that cause I just got word that it is not in our new sets. Lets just put another shelf of big bread and not another shelf of pan bread.

BeefSteak is still in all our new sets, and Home Pride is what is used in our Sams accounts.

Has anyone heard the rumor about Sara Lee buying IBC??

The rumor I heard was that Bimbo was buying the merita label. If they wanted that brand they already would of had it by now. The Sara lee rumor seems more legit.

Are Bimbo routes independent operators. If so what percentage do they make on branded and on private label products.
