Is this James causing you problems with your position? Harrassing you in some way? Is his harem getting special treatment? Is he failing in his job duties? If all this you know for a "fact" then James is not as good at shutting people up as you say. It's called "freedom of speech" Or you are one of them. Thats awesome how you altered my post. If you look at the original one i never said anything about "Freedom of speech" correctly spelled or not.I do believe in that concept, however it would seem the women he is hittin would make that claim, not you. If they were not allowed to talk about their consensual sex and were prevented of speaking freely about what good ol James is packin. . He aint packing Lol, I know for a fact

Employee wrote: Is James Palomaria still dating Lupe Diaz? I know, for a fact, that he is still dating various girls from different Home Depots. He has a way of messing around with different girls and to get all of them not to say anything about it so he doesn't get caught amongst all the girls he's messing around with. He was messing around with Lupe Diaz, when she was his LP, when he was married and store manager at Marina Del Rey. James is a player! He is so good that Lupe is still employed with Home Depot, not to mention she is in management, and she has no clue that he is messing around! I hear a woman scourned

I am so upset I cannot sleep. Several years ago I met a wonderful woman who designed my kitchen. She is a terrific person and was a very loyal employee of Home Depot for 27 YEARS!!!!! She did make a mistake- she is very honest and admitted that she broke a HD rule and gave the name of a person who could help build a patio for a customer. She only did this because she was asked, HD didn't have any patio building employees and she did not have any financial gain or anything like that. She admitted her mistake and promised never to do this again. So did she receive a warning Oh No. Today she was FIRED!!!!! A 27 year employee was fired to "make an example". She was a fine example of a loyal helpful employee but I am sure they can hire a young not very knowledgeable person for half her pay. Shame on Home Depot. This was evidently a decision made by the corp office in Atlanta ( sure to save them some pennies) I visited the store today and told the manager I will never shop at any Home Depot again. I hope if you can avoid this shameful company you will do the same. thanks for hearing my complaints and worries about my friend. Not a very Merry Christmas story huh.

In order for an associate with over 10 years of employment, the termination has to be approved by the regional VP. What this associate did is against company policy and is nothing new. It is not a major violation which leads me to believe that there is more to the story, that it may not be the first time or it is the final infraction in a long list of such.

Bleedin Hemorrhoid, every time someone is fired you demean them and assume that they have a long list of past violations. I have watched knowledgeable long timers all over the country being fired for little or no reason at all and being replaced by young people who at best can point me to where the product I want is located. I have 4 crews that travel all over and they have to buy tools, rent tools, and buy supplies. As an owner I am displeased with the direction your company is going and we have switched our business to other suppliers. Dumbass managers, lack of knowledgeable sales people, 1 or 2 products on the shelf instead of a full shelf and pro desk people who only care if you have a credit card or not.>>>>>> >>>>kiss off Bleedin Hemorrhoid.

First I Don't have any fellow posters or associations and know nothing about manipulating any judging systems. I do not judge any ones posts and only post my opinions. A recent very unrewarding attempt to buy at Home Depot brought me back to this forum. Sweet boy you should not generalize you butt-buddy relationships to others, I happen to be happily married with children and grandchildren, but in saying that if you are gay atheist that is your right and I will not criticize you for what you are.

PS - your wife says you can't get it up with her anymore. wonder why...

As to lubes, you seem to be an expert on those things and your reference to my wife is an example of your lack of good judgement. With employees like you no wonder customers like me walk away from doing business with Home Depot.

In the scheme of things our companies $3 to $10 thousand per week probably means very little to a large company like Home Depot. But if enough of us go away, maybe a few of you smug aholes will be out on the street looking for jobs. We will not accept applications from X home depot MANAGERS, throw them in the trash! Hired an X electrical associate and he has been with us for 2 years and is foreman for one of our crews.

This meat sak Bryan Audiss and his lover, Joe McFarland have been cleaning house. Since Joe was promoted Audiss has been firing folks that are not cutesy white young males.....in mass. We have been emailing everyone and sending this over to the all the stores. Everyone should also contact the press. This is a big story. They will fire the RVP and President eventually when this hits. The numbers don't lie. Yeah its important that we keep getting the information out. Iv'e worked for the home depot for 5 months now. I'm a 51yr. old woman that was hired on to the freight team, I'm in great shape and not to stupid. My first day of work a senior member of the team made my arrival very uncompfortable. It contuniued and me standing up for myself wasn't working I went to the ASM, two days later the shit hit the fan. I arrived late for the first time; got coached then the SM accused me of something I didn't even do; wrote up and then all of a sudden I wasn't showing "urgency" while packing out merchandise: wrote up again, this is the worst feeling Iv'e ever had in my life.

But not asshole customers who are smug and arrogant. But I'm sure you're not someone buying $10k, or even $3k a week. In that case you would have too much business to be on here, or care.

We have 2 crews with 24 people in the San Diego area and I live in Carlsbad plus my son lives in Vista. With all the information you have posted on this forum, I don't think we will have any trouble identifying you. Maybe we could meet with your district manager and store manager and let you explain your posts here. I have copied them along with the personal information you have posted on this forum in this thread and other threads.

Hi everyone. I worked at Home Depot for 6 years and got fired for failing a drug test when I was a spotter for a forklift driver. He allegedly damaged a truck and they sent me 2. I was a spotter in 06 and wasnt sent. In the past they haven't sent the spotter. Do any of you have experiences you could share. My former co workers are to scared and I need proof home Depot is not being consistent with their post accident testing protocols.
