Arthur Blankenship wrote: Absolutly you should do this to manipulate the VOC. Collect those reciepts. If need be go through the garbage and get the old ones thrown away. Get all the associates to do the same. It DOES INDEED matter and will "red flag" that store eventually. I hear you are divorcing and just wanted to let you know there is some one hot for you in Phoenix. You will love me nake except for my orange apron.

not orange blooded wrote: <quoted text> not so. no one lied, no one rat3d the store high. there was enough conversation between associates that we were sure the management would get called on their behavior. so you see, the corruption, manipulation, and lies go way up the food chain. i am sure the results were negative on the store, but do you think it would be dealt with? NO. HD puts their spin on everthing they say, touch, or do. the associates don't have a prayer... management will protect their own at any cost. they're all sleeping and partying with each other. It is amazing how much sleeping with, partying with, doing side jobs with ect. go on with salaried managers .supervisors ans associates. No wonder everyone is tired when they come in to work.

Having said that, I find it very interesting that a poster with "17+years experience in district and corporate level positions with Home Depot." is posting and saying " Again, I am only trying to help.".------I find that to be very much like the salesperson at the car dealership saying that they are your friend and will get you the best deal possible.------Your very background creates a very big credibility problem for me. I find anything suspect when a present or former corporate shill tries to "help the hard working people at Home Depot". Your posts are too well scripted and written to be trusted. In my opinion the only tin foil hat I have seen being worn on this thread is being worn by sig225.------If you were so concerned by the well being of the working people of home deephole, then you would not have spent 17+ years perpetuating lies and screwing people!!! Ahhh...I never said I still work at HD. I left over a year ago because of how poorly the people are treated. Again, I was only trying to help. Everything I posted was 100% factual. You only have four options at Depot- continue to be abused, quit, find a way to sue them or start a union.

Neither...After finally coming to the realization that the company would never turn around and go back to its roots of taking care of people and doing the right thing, I started looking for another job. I left Depot on my own free will. I was blessed to have found a great job with a company that truly cares about the people who work there. I actually look forward to going to work. My only regret is that I did not leave 10 years ago. For those who remain at Depot- I feel so sorry for you, I know what a terrible place it is to work and I also know many of you think you cant find a better job. Not true! It will take time- get out of there and get your life back. In the meantime- take steps to protect yourself...

I also disappointed in the inability for employees to be able to protect themselves and be treated with respect and dignity.
