yes i feel for you, their is a policy for treatment of co employees,it looked like simply to fire you then to transfer,less paper work and conflict solved,i am in charge of a department ,and i have 2 associates that are simply horrible,i tried to remedy the problem ,to improve the department,i wood have to generate a paper trail for about a year , with no back lash,in order to remove some one ,i don't feel comfortable with management backing me up,and this wood put pressure on me to be perfect all the time,so i just have to put up with it.by the way i still have not received my write up report forms that i requested ,several times nor were to get them times
