Im not providing a platform for personal expression. that they can do on their own time.
many of us complain about the lack of good customer service these days, and part of that has come from the relaxing of dress codes and behavior codes, period. work is not the place to express ones personal proclivities.

Also, Light Sensitive, you said that you expect your employees to maintain a good and decent dress code, which is good. You did say that you didn't want anyone to take their shirt off even if it was 120 degrees. I agree with that as well. Don't want the guy to get skin cancer. However, my question is why in the world are you asking the guy to work when it IS 120 degrees outside?????
