Should socially responsible stock investors' no-buy lists bar more than just companies peddling alcohol, tobacco, gambling, pornography, weapons, and the like? What about 'too-big-to-fail' banks? The top-performing Appleseed Fund touts itself as socially responsible in part because it refuses to invest in traditional "sin" stocks.

Why didn't the financial overhaul bill address Fannie and Freddie which were at the root of the housing collapse?

People would be amazed at how many Big companies have huge interest in sin stocks, like Verizon for example makes a lot of money on 900 numbers and GM owned the in house satelite feeds for hotel room televisions which show x-rated channels.
