Bought mixer, no power cord. Salesguy assured me power cord is inside box. Drove 35 mi. one way. Worse part is everybody at Jacksonville, Fl store is rude and condesending. We vote with our wallets. Thats why most musicians get most of there products from the web. Sweetwater's service dept. is second to none!
