Look at it from their point of view ........ their task is to bring in money at the lowest possible cost.

They brought in billions of taxpayers money for little or no effort, with a somnewhat tentative quasi promise to pay it back.

They should be rewarded for their brass neck and intuition!!!!!

This greed at the top is how we got into such terrible shape; and not unionism, as some lying neo-conservatives here have alleged.

This is the calibre of the people running your country; I mean, in the midst of potential disaster these goys (sewer rats) still devour whatever they can get their hands on.
And fluk the rest of you.
Multi culturism will however serve your masters well by preventing serious a polarisation and revolt of your populace.(remember what happened last time)

Corporate welfare.

These people bleed the company dry while leaving just enough in to stay afloat (or just enough to need another bailout), just like Congess does to Social Security, they cash it out and only leave enough to cover immediate expenses and there is nothing left in the bank or SS for the furture.

"Competitive levels" is another need for income reduction and cap because each one raises it a little each time and it just balloons to stay "competetive."

To me its just all an alter definition of looting and systemtic bankruptcy.

Rich is never rich enough for the se people, not millions or tens of millions or billions.

That is the mental and emotional DISEASE, greed, a mental illness.

What was the plan needed for the banks to get the bail out. It seems like the auto industry was targeted while the banking folks all got rich.

Go to the list of banks receiving bailout money, compare that to the list of execs receiving bonuses, and if you have funds in this bank, transfer it to a bank not on the "pauper" list. Be sure to tell the teller why when you make the transfer. If enough depositoers do this maybe they will get the message

This is the outcome of electing a "Big Business" Repulican to the White House for eight years.

Note to the IRS:

If the return says "bank" and the line says "bonus", disallow the deduction and recover our money.

or

If the return says "bank employee" and the line says "bonus", double the taxes due.
