Will they be hiring ex-felons for these new jobs?

This seems to be the trend in West Michigan...companies replacing their older workers with felons hired because there is a government program to pay their wages.

IMO...it is a good thing to cut from the budget!

No law abiding citizen should lose their job to a felon who will work for peanuts!

(Or maybe one of those former employees might just pay you an "ARMED to the TEETH" farewell visit!)

It is hard to get a day in court over this topic too... the GOP party boss just pays the judge to toss it!

They will not be hiring anyone in west Michigan because this Gentex is in Pennsylvania.

How does one go about becoming an ex felon?

Never heard of a program to hire felons and help pay their wages. Felons would appreciate it if you could enlighten them as they would like to work too.
