In a sale in which its timing might appear clairvoyant to observers, Robert Stiller, chair and founder of Green Mountain Coffee , sold $66.3 million of his shares before it was announced that Starbucks was launching a single-cup coffee maker that would compete with GMCR's K-Cup brewer.
