Now if you are born after 1950 your pension suppliment drops at 62 when your social secrurity starts. I was wondering about the PATCH myself, so thats what it is, the extra 10 months of pension, starting at age 62. Thanks.

We still get five days. The three days is for every 26 weeks worked and that's for the newbies. Add that up though and they get 6 while we get five, depending on how it's interpreted.

I haven't found anything yet, but don't be surprised if the attendance policy only applies to tier one now too.

Just because I was assured "verbally" doesn't mean it will truly happen. Time will tell... Lets all hope my assumption doesn't mean what you implied.. LOL!!!

screw em wrote: <quoted text> Hey dumbass I never said anything about t2, I said the money being spent like new product ect. has already been announced but our good ol uaw will tell us how much they won. T1 is the only group that has given up anything if you remember. Why does t2 always make it a thing against each other? This tier 1 against tier 2 thing & visa versa is getting old. Let me remind you that the original tier 2's & part timers lost 8 to 10 dollars per hour, vacation, health care & any chance of a pension when the 2007 contract was voted in. I would hardly say tier 1 made all of the consessions. Chrysler managment is estatic at this t1/t2 divide in the unions membership for there achieving the upper hand in contract negotiations. We need to stand together again & put a stop to to the bickering between union membership or the worse will be yet to come!!!

The alternating work schedule on pages 99 through 105 alone should have everyone and their brothers voting NO! This is a bad deal for everyone. Even the tier two people. They are blinded right now with the old stick and carrot routine that all newbies fall for, but need to be told about the swing shifts in this contract that are designed to both do away with overtime and promote a high rate of employee turn around, working in conjunction with the ultra strict attendance policy. Everyone should vote this down. I would take a four dollar an hour cut in pay just to see that this alternating work schedule is not implemented. We all need to take a stand here.
