<quoted text>The company used to let you collect the $3200 pension untill you hit 63. Now if you are born after 1950 your pension suppliment drops at 62 when your social secrurity starts.
I was wondering about the PATCH myself, so thats what it is, the extra 10 months of pension, starting at age 62. Thanks.

<quoted text> Wonders if the Christmas Bonus for retirees was retained, or did they do way with that also.
It's been gone for the ones who retired after 2007 on the last contract, don't know if they changed it for the retirees that retred before 2007. GM took it away from their retirees.

We still get five days.
The three days is for every 26 weeks worked and that's for the newbies.
Add that up though and they get 6 while we get five,
depending on how it's interpreted.

I haven't found anything yet, but don't be surprised if the attendance policy only applies to tier one now too.

..unfortunately, you are correct. Nothing is a guarantee. Just because I was assured "verbally" doesn't mean it will truly happen. Time will tell... Lets all hope my assumption doesn't mean what you implied.. LOL!!!

<quoted text> you should of picked a higher paying job. nobody held a gun to your head to take a t2 job. don't look to pick my pocket.
If the T2 people were told in orientation that we were not getting raises for over a 1 1/2 already..I'm thinking most of us would have walked out..The UAW and Chrysler only threw out bits and pieces to make it all look nice and shiny..There was nor is higher paying jobs nor jobs at all. Us T2's are irratated about the T1's keep us seperate from them..Somewhere along the way they have forgotten were they came from. These jobs were given to all of us. We should all be grateful for the money we make to live on while the T2's are surviving from check to check..All the seperation has played us against each other..We are all UAW even if your Union blows. We all have to stick together to keep our respect and dignity amongst eachother. T1's verses T2's who is really winning Mr. Meatball Boy..So lets take our American Car Company back from these foreign money sucking italians and stop fighting against each other..

The employees can buy Chrysler, all you have to do is put up 60 percent, the VEBA ownes the other 40 percent, 60 and 40 equals 100 percent, find somebody to run it for you, and your in business. Employee owned, Employee proud.

Hey dumbass I never said anything about t2, I said the money being spent like new product ect. has already been announced but our good ol uaw will tell us how much they won. T1 is the only group that has given up anything if you remember. Why does t2 always make it a thing against each other?
This tier 1 against tier 2 thing & visa versa is getting old. Let me remind you that the original tier 2's & part timers lost 8 to 10 dollars per hour, vacation, health care & any chance of a pension when the 2007 contract was voted in. I would hardly say tier 1 made all of the consessions. Chrysler managment is estatic at this t1/t2 divide in the unions membership for there achieving the upper hand in contract negotiations. We need to stand together again & put a stop to to the bickering between union membership or the worse will be yet to come!!!

The alternating work schedule on pages 99 through 105 alone should have everyone and their brothers voting NO! This is a bad deal for everyone. Even the tier two people. They are blinded right now with the old stick and carrot routine that all newbies fall for, but need to be told about the swing shifts in this contract that are designed to both do away with overtime and promote a high rate of employee turn around, working in conjunction with the ultra strict attendance policy.
Everyone should vote this down. I would take a four dollar an hour cut in pay just to see that this alternating work schedule is not implemented. We all need to take a stand here.
