RE: Pay Us Or We're Gone, Chrysler Warns Canada.
I suppose it depends on what the future will be. Chrysler should get a loan from the banks, NOT from any of the governments of Canada. What is the likelyhood of the money plus interest getting repaid on or before the time as agreed? What security will be provided to lenders in case the loans will get into trouble? Will the value of that security shrink, if so by how many percent over which time period? What will be the effect of inflation?
..... A major problem is what buyers will do. If they continue to buy too many Asia-made cars instead of Chysler-made ones, then Chrysler will be tempted to close down, even go bankrupt. Then will the loans get to be repaid?

Let them go !! They make sloppy cars anyway and my PT cruiser if it could talk would confirm it. I am sure that China and India who are planning to export well made and affordable cars would be interested in building assembly plants right here in Canada. No more American gas guzzling junk on our streets !!

Get out of Canada. I still have nightmares about test driving a Chrysler! Brand new car that felt like it was knitted together and would fall apart in my hands. So don't let the door hit you on the way out and take your garbage with you.

Daily Horoscope for June 3

Sagittarius

You're in the mood to spend today, especially on the spur of the moment. Be careful if you can't afford to make any impulse purchases, because a lack of cash won't stop you! If you do decide to splash out on something, you may be disappointed when you get it home and you might even decide to take it back.
