UNITED EXEL WORKERS
|
We are a group of employees that work for exel logistics in a General Mills plant trying to get the Teamsters Union in there. Here is the website we made for exel employees from their, and other facilities to go get help from. http://unitedexelworkers.us.tt/

Being first highest in seniority for the exel logistics for Hershey I got screwed because we didn't have the union in but we tried. To many stupid people in Lebanon county that think companies care about them.Believe me were are dime a dozen without higher education. There in business to make money. You got to have job security. I've worked over Hershey/ exel since the ground broke. They used me for production numbers because they were always high and Hershey couldn't understand how I was doing it but they liked it. I didn't follow there system.Until they introduced engineered standards.Hershey and exel are both greedy and they can shove there incentive pay. They played with the number system to get people fired who were a threat to the company to get the union in.I than after years of crap when over to the Hershey co-pack side just to by time for another job. They kept calling me in the office for so-calledly "wasting company time" another scheme they use so if you get fired it might be hard to collect unemployment benefits.I have a few articles I kept over the years from union letters to my 3 day walk out.Little do they know that the money they are making from you people is God's money anyway and they're ripping him off too.Plus they keep who want to without messing with "certain individuals" numbers.Right now I'm not working and awaiting back surgeory. So if anyone see this message and has read it-DO NOT TURN YOUR BACK ON EXEL OR ANY AFFILIATES THEY HAVE.YOU HAVE YOUR WHOLE WORK LIFE TO LIVE AND SUPPORT YOU FAMILIES.YOU NEED THE UNION.AND YOU CLAIM ALL YOUR UNION DUES AT THE END OF THE YEAR AT INCOME TAX TIME BUT THEY WON'T TELL YOU.AND IF IT DOESN'T GET IN JUST GET OUT OF THE JOB.WHY WAIT ANOTHER 3 YEARS TO SEE IF YOU HAVE YOUR JOB YET.SCREW HERSHEY TOO.

I HATE EXEL

You General Mills/Exel workers think you have it tough? Try working on the Johnson and Johnson account at Salem 3 in Mechanicsburg. If we go to our campus HR to complain they say things like "Oh, you work at Salem 3? Well, there's your problem." I get dumped on because I've got better productivity than most and I do it all without cheating the system. I keep working even after I've made quota. I take pride in my job and I work hard at it. I've had incidents where I have done what I was told and then written up for it. I feel your pain but trust me, J&J/Exel is far worse.

Stop waiting and depending on Exel or the union to make your life better. Obviously that hasn't worked yet, what makes you think anything will change in the future. Work harder on yourself than your job! Use Exel to get from point a to point b, and that's all. Don't let it consume you. Don't let it be your "life". Try a couple of classes at a technical school or college. You would be amazed how just a few classes will help you in the job market, it doesn't take a degree to make a difference. You have a choice! Nothing of value is easy but it is a lot more possible than most people realize. Or... take the easy route, do the same thing you've been doing, stay where you are, being lead like cattle to the slaughter. Choose to think for yourself. Realize your options. Decide your new course. Commit to achieving your new goals. Take action and do whatever it takes to move you in the direction of your new goals even if you have to start with small steps. Just do it!
