Have a Ge Nautilus dishwasher that came with the home builder. Ran dishwasher last night but water only filled up at very bottom and then the smell of burning electrical wires. Checked recall list, my model number matched but not serial number so unit was not on list. However seems like same problem other ge dishwashers have on the recall list.
