30-year mortgages rates decline

Rates on 30-year mortgages fell last week to the lowest level in a month as investors found new reasons to worry about a possible recession.

You can if you are resposible.

I did, and I am a lower middle class citizen with enough sense to stay out of debt. Therefore, when I did build a house, I had EXCELLENT credit and a low income to debt ratio.

Stop whining and take care of business, then you can too.
