Your huge tax bills, crazy insurance bills, and outrageous electric bills will keep Florida RE crashing for years.

Start firing gov workers before you go into bankrupsy.

Why isn't Governor Christ doing something about it? I mean we as taxpayer paid for his expenses on his vacation and his honeymoon. I guess he doesn't care. Republicans suck.

What an a hole reply. It doesn't make a hill of beans who is in control. The PSC gives them everything they ask for.

Speaking of parties, bend over after this portkulas bill passed by the dems. We're really in deep trouble thanks to them. Remember things were great until 2 years ago.

Sorry Lib.

Why this comes as a surprise to anyone where the Republicans are in charge of regulatory control is beyond me.
The general public is certainly not the ones they are looking out for in Tallahassee.

I have to say on balance this article fairly presented both sides of the arguments that fuel adjustments should higher and result in lower bills more rapidly than they do. Julie's article presented a broad brush pro and con to those arguments.

I would argue for a simpler rate structure for commercial accounts and a much simpler rate structure for consumers.

A quicker evaluative process for utilities and consumers can be aided by data gathered by a 'neutral' third party (like the UF program cited in the article) and funded by the utility!
