Help on way for homeowners

Rescue legislation sailed through the House on Wednesday aimed at helping 400,000 strapped homeowners avoid foreclosure and preventing the collapse of troubled mortgage companies Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

If a homeowner is facing foreclosure because of using that home as an ATM (by refinancing) to buy stuff they should NOT be rewarded just like the ones that could not afford them in the first place.
However, if he or she was bamboozeled by brokers and/or other "professionals" the guvment should go after them BIG TIME ands help that homeowner.
