Its seems ironic that if sales in the Northeast had "declined" 11.3 percent the Hartford Courant would of had a front page headline, but when there is a 11.3 percent increase and it is welcome news and positive news for the residents in the Northeast area the Courant buries the article in the middle of an AP column in the second page of the Business Section. Also, is everyone aware that the Hartford Courant has "tripled" it's advertising fee for foreclosure notices in their classifieds - which will just add to the dollar "deficiency" judgment the homeowner will then owe once the Bank comes after them after the foreclosure is complete- how hypocritical considering the Courant is consistently advocating for more governmental help while the newspaper is gouging for profits at the same time.
