My guess is these crazy kids will take in the Cubs-Sox game in the spirit of fake unity.

I think we should each send her a check for two cents, since that is about what the average modern politician is worth - altho it is certainly possible that I have overestimated their value by about two cents.

I guess we will never see the Title "Obama take the first step in telling the truth". For example, Obama has said he "strongly supported public financing" and pledged to take federal funds for the fall. Now convinced he can raise more than $84 million, he reversed course last week, ditching the federal money and its limits. But by discarding his earlier pledge so easily, he raises doubts about whether his word can be trusted. Last month he replied "anywhere, anytime" to John McCain's invitation to have joint town hall appearances. Last week he changed his mind. Fearing 10 impromptu town halls, Mr. Obama parried the invitation by offering two such events – one the night of July 4, when every ambulatory American is watching fireworks or munching hotdogs, and another in August. His spokesman then said, "Take it or leave it." So much for "anywhere, anytime." Obama, in his first national TV ad rolled out Friday, claims credit for having "extended health care for wounded troops," citing the 2008 defense authorization. That bill passed 91-3, but Mr. Obama was one of only six senators who didn't show up to vote. This brazen claim underscores the candidate's thin resume and, again, his chutzpah.

Well, thanks to the other guy helping Obama pick the VPs, I got a pardon for tax evasion. Hee hee. Of course, I can't return to the country because the pardon is only for federal offenses and I still owe millions to New York.
Oh well!!!

Doesn't everyone realize he does not have the experience behind him to do the job? He has only been in the Senate ACTIVALY for about a year before he decided to run! The democrates know this but chose him so they ALL can take over. He won't be able to make an informed decision with out checking with them first. I am not for either side, but you can't choose someone just because they are different (Obama or Clinton) You need to choose some one who has the experience no matter if you believe in all their policies or not. The politicians will make all the promises in the world to get in, they will tell you what you want to hear, but it comes down to if they will really do it. America wants the troops home, Obama said he would bring them home. Do you really think it will happen the day he takes office (if he wins) It won't! I doubt it will take place within the first 2 years. McCain at least is telling us the truth and saying he will not surrender. If we surrender, we fail! I don't want any more innocent people killed, but we started something and need to finish it. And I find it funny that for the last year he did nothing but blast H. Clinton, and she him, and now they are backing on another. Can you say hypocrite! And as far as the war causing the price of oil up....BS..it is leaglized robbery. The oil co's have enought oil stored to last many many years..so there is no reason to increase the cost, besides, those barrels are already paid for...why don't they wait until their 6 billinon barrels start to deplete before they up the price. Or why don't we just drill here in the good old USA! What a concept!!! And maybe we may just decrease our unemployment rate.

THIS HILLARY VOTER WILL NEVER VOTE OBAMA!
He's too inexperienced, and his past associates worry me.
I'll go for McCain and let Hillary try for 2012.

The scary this is that the democrats are just too dumb to realize that or are just too desparate to get anybody in the W.H.
