I currently own a Home in Florida,.
Ive rented it out.( Mobile )
I wish to relocate back up to ma.
my credit score has has been effected drastically mainly because of the economy.
Is there any homes on the south shore that would be open for rent with options to buy in the future that would be available for a family of three through your program.

Will the borrowers be able to come out of foreclosuer and save teir home.

My parents payed off their mortgage twenty years before they died but at the end of their lives, the annual property tax that went up year after year even though no improvements had been made, was more than their original mortgage payment. We, a family of six, lived in a rental home for eight years and were preapproved thru lender to purchase it when another buyer who did not live here or intend to live in the house, he wanted it for rental money, outbid me and then he raised the rent so high, we could no longer afford it and had to move. Each case is unique and we should be doing everything we can to keep neigborhoods stable.
