FedEx Kinko's stores to increase by 20%

Great, the most bureaucratic shipping organization extends its flacid arms once again. I have had nothing but hassle dealing with Fedex as each branch (Fedex Express, Fedex International, Fedex Freight, Fedex Express Freight, etc etc) are each their own independently operating business in essence. Communique between these branches is poor and at times non-existent not to mention complete system and processing separation. On the surface this company looks like a solid investment, but as the customer service woes mount I forsee this changing very rapidly when people realize how much less of a headache their competitors make it.
