Well, let's see that's a real toughie.
Does the sun come up from the east? Does a forest have trees? Is Ratner a total pricck? |

At the end of March I told my cousin in Brooklyn that Forest City was going under. Their earnings report for the 4th quarter was dismal and they were telling practically everybody including the SEC the thin ice was cracking.
My cousin invited all his neighbors and they celebrated. No more worries about losing properties because of Atlantic Yards. But SURPRISE SURPRISE we all know the rest! This one is a gimme. And, my firm is really going to suffer if the SEC doesn't do their job here. We don't have many fortune 500 clients. The integrity of Wall Street is bad enough. This issue cannot slide! |

Maybe the SEC has them on a hush money easy payment plan. Maybe they'll squeeze Ratner for every penny he has, then bust him.

LOL, I'm staying clear of this one. I have my reasons.

I'm afraid I have to agree. I'll never invest in Wall Street again. As usual the insiders will have the advantage. |

Even without all the insider trading analysts are trying to manufacture a bull market. Only a matter of time before the bottom falls out.

What's happening to the Stock Market is making the "Obama Deception" video scarier than ever. They did that video back around February or March when the market was really struggling. Not only did they predict a market surge, they also predicted it would be anchored by government propaganda. As for the Securities Exchange Commission, they seem totally worthless. They're probably under orders by Obama to allow insider trading. |

I think all federal government agencies are worthless now.
Obama is going after the rich tax evaders now. First thing he's done right. But what about inside traders?
Save taxpayers money and shut down the Securities Exchange Commission already. |
Other investors have to know about this and they're not doing anything about it?
If they lose their shirts which they eventually will, they'll have nobody to blame but themselves. |

Well, they might get the goods on Forest City now!
Forest City is one of the big fish. Maybe they'll plea bargain with some of the ACORN people to get them to spill on the insider trading from last spring? http://directorblue.blogspot.com/2009/11/red-... |
