Wow someone finally filed a class action. Wish I had known about it. Corporate greed at its best working for these delightful folks. Sounds like they got off VERY cheap.

This company needs to close down. The upper management in this company will cause it's failure. Fastenal sucks. Period. They got what they deserved. I hope Fastenal fails miserably!

I love the business model but man, are there ever a tonne of egocentric people in the organization. I must say that this varies depending on your region but lack of dollars being allocated to salaries, positions and training all roll into one very disorganized organization. Pun intended. Hiring people fresh out of diapers seems to work for them but they piss a tonne of clients off in the process. Proper management with Sales and People Management training would go a long way. Then the staff might respect the company founders 10 truths. Mr.Kerlin if your still out there. They ego is in full bloom.

When you hire 20-somethings without a sheepskin to do upper management's bidding, this is what happens. DM's and GM's are bullies and inexperienced managers. They ought to change their business model and hire some WW Grainger employees to learn how to treat team members and run a business.
