You'd think with the enormous compensation given to these CEO's and top auto executives who make all the decisions, that they would have a plan B to go to, or some sort of contigency plan to impliment to counter recent fuel and economic events. Especially when those decisions impact thousands workers and their families lives. Nope, no plan, just a stupid stunned look of surprise and a knee jerk reaction instead of a proactive plan.
