Kronos Adding Eight Hotels To Portfolio, Launches Renovations At Six Properties

I don't understand how they can buy more properties when they are not even taking care of the ones that they already have. I am an employee at one of their supposed "under renovation" properties and all I see is a company that doesn't buy supplies, doesn't care about employees.All with the promise that is will get better. my question is WHEN? They don't care about the guests that stay in their hotels. All they care about is making their pockets fat so they can make a name for themselves for being the BIGGEST hotel owners. Yet almost all management have left due to their unwilling attitudes.For example if you do a search on their property The Crowne Plaza in Iowa you will see how much they care about their properties. My advice to them would be. In order to make money you have to spend money and keep your employees happy. The turnover at ALL of their properties is horrid!!

I agree with the post above...They run people over in the process in order to make their pockets fatter...All their properties owe vendors lots of money which they just do not want to pay...Their payroll checks bounce each pay period..They say they are doing renovations but instead are running down the properties....They are not profesionals they are amerturs who have made their money by taking everyone elses.

checks are bouncing at every property for payroll and vendors. hotels are in the worst conditions in hsitory. services (phone, electric, internet, water) only work part of the time, and no notice about when it will go out or come back.
"renovations" have come to a hault, no completion dates, no work being done. Nothing being fixed.
I am tired of spending my money on office supplies and being put into a position of dealing with irritated vendors, having to lie to clients and not knowing if I will get paid or if I should book business.
