This is where business/banks don't understand the backlash. Taxpayers want the banks to use the bailout money for small business but they don't want to supplement foreign economies with those funds. It's another slap in the face to American taxpayers to fund those small businesses that get rid of 94 American's who's spending would stimulate the US economy and put it into the Chinese and Mexican economies. If companies want to do that on their own and not be part of the stimulus that's one thing, but to us, our taxpayer money at off shore plant payrolls is unacceptable.
