This Opana or Oxymorphone is the closet thig we have to extended release forms of palladone or hydromorphone. 6-8 times more potent than morphine!

Yes it's true oxymorphone is about 10x over Morphine but there is a small matter of something called ORAL-BIO-AVAILABILITY. That means when you eat it, how much is destroyed by the first pass through your liver. Now Oxymorphone INJECTED INTO A VEIN OR MUSCLE IS 10X OVER MORPHINE BUT Opana and Opana ER taken ORALLY ONLY HAS A 10% ORAL-BIO-AVAILABILITY! That means when you take a 40mg pill you are only really getting 4 mg!! That is worse than hydromorphone Dilaudid which is 25%. So don't get too excited.
