Encana and other natural resources industry working in Colorado contribute well over $20 BILLION to the state economy and provide well-paying jobs. Gov Ritter and his confederacy of dunces are trying to appease a green minority by forcing this industry out by passing more and more restrictive rules. They will succeed in bankrupting Colorado and putting the state in a recession worse than the rest of the country. Oil and gas should just move out for a few months and then see Gov Ritter has to say then. All this in the face of high energy costs and a 15% jump in natural gas rates in his own city! Brilliant man.
