Judge it!
I find it hard to feel sorry for Craigslist. It appears they tried playing the money game with the big boys (eBay) and/or the greed factor kicked in and they got burned. Since eBay owns 28% of them I'm sure they were paid a handsome price by eBay.
eBay and their partner PayPal are both Internet whores of the worst kind and there's no polite way to spell it. They are greedy, make up their own rules and will screw their users every chance they get.
I'm betting Craigslist failed to do their homework before signing on the dotted line...
