Last time I ate at an Olive Garden the waitress spilled an entire pitcher of iced tea on my 82 year old father. We got an "I"m sorry" from the management. Had to insist on being moved to a dry table!! No thanks, they can keep their voucher. Bet you have to buy a meal to cash it in anyway.
so the waitress had an accident, your family got an apology from management and you are mad about that? hope you have never had any accidents that were your fault. stay in syracuse and keep your bad karma in NY.
That's why you avoid every Olive Garden? Seriously? |
Sweet - Free soup, salad & breadsticks to go with my free KFC chicken!!
Agreed |

Another ridiculous class action lawsuit in which the aggrieved get a petty coupon and the lawyers get millions. When, oh when, will we get some tort reform? Doesn't anyone realize costs like this are passed on to the consumer?
Please don't use this coupon...this only contributes to this country being viewed as an overly litigious society....it's pathetic. The free chicken from Oprah was at least charitable on her part...this voucher feels more like stealing, and as Homeowner stated above, the cost eventually will be passed down to the consumer. The only people who see any significant amount of money are the lawyers.

They can keep their 9 dollars.

That isn't how I personally would have dealt with spilling a pitcher of anything on an 82 year old. Heck, I had a piece of skin, on a boneless breast once at a local restaurant. Management was doing their usual walk through, saw it on my plate and asked. I told him I found a piece of skin, not a big deal......he comped our meal and sent us home with dessert. I didn't ask for it, they just did it....and we go there all of the time.....treat me well, I'll treat you well. |
