on refurbished products, dell tells you they are right (like theres a slip of paper that will let you know)? because my laptop has problems so they decided to send me a new laptop and i just dont want a refurbished one

DELL DOESN'T SHIP REFURBISHED COMPUTERS. THE REASON WHY IT HAS A STICKER THAT SAYS REFURBISHED IT'S BECAUSE ALL THERE PRODUCTS UNDERGOES THOUROUGH TEST IN THE FACTORY. ALL THE PRODUCTS ARE OPENED & THE PARTS ARE TESTED. THEY CAN'T JUST ASSEMBLE THE PART & INDICATES IT'S NEW. BECAUSE THEY WILL VIOLATE THE FEDERAL LAW! HOPE YOU GOT THE POINT! A**HOLE!!!

Dell does ship refurbished products you ignorant fool. They even sell refurbished products on their site. Refurbished means that the products were either open boxes, returns, or canceled orders which were brought back to their facilities and tested or fixed. And for the record if it has a sticker which says refurbished.....it means refurbished....got you got the point "A**HOLE!!!"

Yes they do sell refurbished computers, because I got one after having problems with my Dell Dimension B110 for 10 months. The refurbished PC has Windows Vista and has been a nightmare because none of my soft ware is compatible with Windows Vista.
