Continental May Reconsider Combining With United If Delta Merger Succeeds

Don't worry Continetal..with the dweebs running Delta, they won't be doing well.

Hmmmm. Could this be why they dumped Kellner? He was strongly against a merger with UAL, especially after he saw the books.

The so called dweebs running Delta are all from the Old NWA - UAL is way to weak, DL/NW are stronger than most people think

Think about JetBlue and UAL....

i wonder which name they will keep? continental or united....

Maybe they'll become Con..ten..ted.

Well if your wondering which name they might use if a merger were to happen. The code share agreement, all the flight numbers are UA code before it. Look into that what you will, the the United name is a little more known worldwide then Continental. Just like when America West bought US Airways the kept the US Airways name because it was more known to customers

SOME parts of the world, UA is better known, and in others, CO rules. Co is Very popular w europeans. UA also has negative connotations by now, been down too long

United is Horrible..... Please Continental, if you must merge...PLease PLease take over United. I would not like to switch back to SkyTeam but if Continental does not run the show I will have to. United is every other flight canceled and/or delayed. And has some of the most nasty employees(not all). I would rather go with Delta/Northwest, but not UA.

I fly at least 500k miles a year, usually on Star Alliance partners. This year a got to fly DL/NW and Continental and all i have to say is that they are looking SADLY the same. The bad reputation applies to ALL. I still consider United since my location and better Business and First Seats. DL/NW, Continental and American seats are disaster, Not even comment on USAIR.
