He'll need to start with some Lysol, a wire brush, and the big power-washer from Home Depot.

Then he can start cleaning the toilets.

(Been on a United plane lately?)

Where are they going to find the money to refurb their interiors? Plus with their aging 737's going out of service, out goes some of their nastiest interiors as well!

I have noticed on my recent United flights that their LCD screens on the Airbus and CRT's on the 757's are going bad again, without replacement, like during bankruptcy. Folks, they're already skimping on non-safety, non-emergency maintenance!
