Pleased to see such an even-handed view of our relationshop to Latin America especially from the Miami Herald. Much more typically they editorialize on that awful dictator Chavez{elected by a large majority and with an approval rating >70%} and the Great Satan Castro{Provides his people with freehealth care., the least illiteracy in all of Latin America, is first to send his doctors to ravaged areas, somehow finds resources to train doctrors from impoverished lands,etc}

So is this all you know about them? Do you even know about the quality of healthcare the average Cuban is offered? Do you know about the lack of doctors in the island due to the shipping away of doctors? Just be lucky you dont live in Venezuela or Cuba and you are free to express yourself, just one of the many freedoms Cubans do not have.
