its the republicans fault. it is a vast right wing conspiracy that forced the clinton to keep that 109 million dollars, ask for 5 dollar donations on line and be deadbeats. they have been deadbeats all their lives living on the government dole. they are the biggest government welfare cheats of all time.

<quoted text>In other words, you can list what he has accomplished either? You are just another mindless Democrat caught up in the "Change", and "Hope" redderick. How do you change Washington and bring new politics along, when you sleep with the Kennedys. Dodds. Rezkos, and oh don't forget Jeramiah Wright! By the way, I'ts is spelled It's...Just go "axe" your hero! As far as being ignorant...You're the one who can't list the qualifying aspects of your candidate!
just out of curiosity, what are hillary's and mccain's great qualifications? obama's considerable public service and time in congress is good enough for me and many others. he is raising incredible amounts of money and democratic party stalwarts are deserting hillary left and right because they see the reality here. he knows the system and he knows what needs to be fixed. a president is largely a policy-maker and you need a good mind for that. obama has a fine intellect and the agility to turn attacks on him into positives (hillary's 3am sneak attack). if he can do this for the country, we will be much better off.

and, for the record, go to you-tube and listen to some of wright's full sermons there, not just the excerpts that the ratings-happy media took out of context. he is harsh and ranting but many of his accusations against this country are true. we have murdered babies and innocent civilians and turned much of the world against us in the process. in any case, it is obama we have the chance to vote for, not wright, and obama seems to be a uniter, not a divider like the others. i have listened to his speeches and his ideas and his approach run rings around both shrillary and noble old mccain. based on all this, there is no question in my mind who the better candidate is.

that all being said, vote your heart and your conscience in november and let's fix this country before it gets any worse.

You are proof of the record level of Ignorance of people buying this guys co-job. First: Obama has NEVER been in Congress. Obama had a very lack luster carreer in the Illinois State Senate where he voted along party lines and never took a stand of his own. If an issue was contraversial, he abstained form a record vote on either side of the issue. Secondly: Obama has been a U.S. Senator for 3 years. During that time he has never chaired any committes, with the exception of one committee he was recently appointed chairman of, but has never held any meetings. During his time as a Senator, he has not authored any Bills of stature. He voted against the Iraq War, and he has played it very safe as far as trying to go across party lines and do anything dramatic. So if you call that, Presidential Material, then John Mc Cain, who I'm not too crazy about either, looks a hell of a lot better with Dozens of years of service in the Senate, a substantial Military Background including years as a POW...Hillary Clinton, has nothing. She has screwed up anything she has ever tried to do, and most recently has shown herself to be a liar of immense proportions...Now you mentioned that we have "Murdered Babies"! What does Obama stand for there? Muurdering more babies so people won't be punished with the birth of a child? He is a baby killer supreme. As far as Dems dumping on Hillary, no one likes her. But Obamas ability to raise money is attributed to one thing. There are many folks like you, who buy his snake oil sales pitch, and send small donations. It's just like listening to a Television Preacher who says, "buy this prayer cloth for $50.00 and all of your sins will be healed". The Reverend Wright, was on Obamas campaign staff, and would still be there, if not for the recent airings of his hate for America. But since you are so ignorant to think that those rantings were taken out of context, please explain his support and good will towards Louis Farakan? Explain Obamas support of Farakan? See, the differance between you and I, is that my opinions are based on constant measure of the facts. You can't separate the differance between the Congress and the Senate...Three measley years in the Senate? He hasn't even learned where the mens room is located! Three years job experience, to take over the most powerful job in the world? To be Commander in Chief of our Armed Forces? To be in charge of a Nuclear Arsenal that could wipe us off of the Planet? Three years in the Senate is what you think qualifies this guy? Get Real Dude!

Is there anything to this Larry Sinclair thing about Obama? or the other 'man', Frank Schuster (sp ?)... youtube?

Probably not, but that would be a campaign buster if it is. And if it is, take one guess who hunted and hunted until she found it. No clues but her initials are HC, married to SW.

First: Obama has NEVER been in Congress. >>Bubba

Oops. Back to civics, Bubba. Our Congress is bi-cameral...two separate houses, chambers, or branches. There is the Senate, and the House of Representatives. I do believe that Barry Obama is a US Senator from Illinois, which makes him a part of The Congress. He hasn't done much with his Senate seat, according to what I've read....often voting "present" and not being much force. But, he has successfully used it as a platform (that and his "great speech" some years ago) to run for the Presidency.

It occurs to me as we look at these three weak and seriously flawed candidates (John, Hillary, and Barry) that there may be good reason only one sitting Senator has been elected to the Presidency in the past 100 years, that being JFK. Many have tried, only Kennedy succeeded in being elected. Apparently being a Senator doesn't indicate much positive.

And this is actually a Republic, not a Democracy...Show me one U.S. Senator who refers to himself as a member of "Congress". Specifically, what the contributor wrote, that I responded to, was reference to Obama being a Congressman, not a Senator. No one in any of their articles refers to Obama as a member of "Congress". If he were a member of Congress however, he wouldn't be very good at that either!
Try calling Obama, "Congressman Obama and see what he says!

It doesn't matter which he is because he hasn't done one damned thing of note since he's been wherever he is.

I certainly agree with that.

He is a member of The Congress, but I do agree that he wouldn't be very good at serving in the House either. His main agenda after being vaulted onto the national stage is to campaign for President...he hasn't had time to represent his constituency.
