being a fresher in cognizant i am very much concerned about the inner environment of cognizant.though i have heard a few rumours but still can youa ll help me by letting me the pros and cons that a fresher face in cognizant.and please also give your views on these topics:
1.is the salary,benefits and appraisal pr bonuses paid by cognizant good compared to other big I.T companies of INDIA?
2.working environment
3.how fast is the promotions?
