DFC you are right, i also received a job offer from Mr. Kim J. Trowbridge from Alimentation Couche Tard. He is in fact the Vice President and NOT the HR Professional!!

i also recieved same email. this scammer has no conscience. i was almost to send money but fortunately i realized that why should i shell out money for a working permit? then i became suspicious. i analyzed very well all the documents i recieved from him. then i noticed that it seems like it was prepared by one person only. until now, he continue sending me an email asking for my working permit fee of $700. I'm planning to reply with his email to be able to tell him that i already knew his shit modus! and damn hidden agenda. i'l make him realized how damn he is!! eventhough he is living and exist here on earth, hi soul is now burning on hell...!
He wasting my time. He stole my hopes to work on canada. he gives me a heartache... he also destroy the hopes and dreams of my mom and my little sister.. i'm hoping that this scammer would be sent into jail.!

They sent me all the details, including all the salary and benefits shit. They are offering me the job with a pay of US$9125 per month, even though I don't have any experience at all in sales. I know this is too good to be true. I'm so glad I searched the names of the people in the email. Thanks a lot for this forum!

Hi guys, I also received these documents, but I got suspicious when they asked for USD700 claiming it's work permit fee. I was dealing with so called Kim J Trowbridge and Attorney James Richardson, Jr. But I was asking myself that if it's for Alimentation Couche-tard how come they are using yahoo addresses whereas the company is big with website, coz I think it should be @couchetard. And they are using yahoo address. But if they have your address, ID No. is there anything they are able to do against you. I didn't send money, thank God.

I also received the same offer, exact same amount but from a different company. Although it went through the same agency which is Universal Staffing Network. I'm still researching. Im glad to come across this thread thru searching "Universal Staffing Network".

so i recive from the universal staffing network that we send to your resiume to the Alimentation couche tard for the job and then Mr,kim j trowbridge give me job offer of the Alimentation couche tard in westren canada division.they send to me overcess bio data form and agreement of the company and he reffer to me to the canadian immigration consultant for the process.so i send to them 12,000 usd in british found to uk for the process.kim j is not say to me that that mony send to me but send to the lawyer as he advise .please tell me that is true or not becouse the lawyer and kim j trowbridge ask for more 600 usd for the released of my documents from the cic.

I received the same crap from these people while I was in Singapore, actively looking for a JOB. I could not recall exactly, how they got my information, but when I checked my sent items, there it was, it was initiated on my end. I wondered why they cant afford to buy their own domain or mail service, if they have this huge company behind their back to support recruitment....? I have worked for PayPal and really keen in identifying proof emails, as stated on their email,it says, dear applicant. Then, I did some research about the signatory, VP-HR of JNJ CANADA, INC. I sent her a message on FB but to no avail. I have not received any response from the real Kaye Foster Cheek. My dad works in an embassy and was advised to contact the canadian embassy. I checked their website and found two links where I can verify if this immig lawyer is listed as a licensed immig consultant or a member of the law society in Alberta and I also emailed the canadian embassy and was told that they could not validate the identity of the immig lawyer that JNJ Canada Inc referred to assist me in processing my work permit. But they provided me some links, the same links I've used previously. This lawyer is not listed on any of these websites. I dont intend to email the lawyer again since the only thing that was wasted here is about 5-10 mins of our time reading thru the email and sending it back and forth.... She did not get anything from me, I just hope that she did not earn anthing from somebody else's as well.

Costco does not recruit employees actively! They have so many people apply for their company that they don't have to go and recruit people. Do not send money to anyone who claims they are getting you a job at Costco! They are lying to you and trying to steal your money.

I put an ad at craiglist for room for rent. I got
more than 15 people responsed. They have the same pattern to convince me. I know it was already a scam. I played their game.To make the story short
they sent me Cashier Check from different address and names. They were in a hurry to send them by moneygram or western union the amount to be return to them. Directing me to deposit in my bank or cash it. So I can send them the money. I did not went to the bank instead I e-mail them that the bank did not honor the cashier check and told them, to contact the chief of police in our town because all our e-mail conversation and the cashier check was already in the hands of the FBI.
I told them to out and get a decent life, work a clean money. So guys be very careful.
