Blockbuster is done for. The company is notorious for advertising schemes (no more late fees, but...) and customers have learned their lesson: stay away from Blockbuster.

What lessons do you think NUTflix customers are learning from this? Do you think they learned a lesson when NUTflix agreed to the asinine concession that Fox & Universal releases would be delayed by 28 days for NUTflix customers? Do you think they learned a lesson when NUTflix raised the prices? Do you think they learn a lesson when NUTflix separates a thriving business into two failing parts? At what point does NUTflix rise to the level of stupidity that Blockbuster has already achieved to you? Blockbuster looks very competitive to me; They have exclusive Fox & Universal new releases 28 days BEFORE NUTflix and Redbox, their prices are comparable, and they've already had Games included at no additional charge for some time. All Blockbuster needs to do is make their streaming package open to the general public and then they will leave NUTflix in the dust to cry over bad decisions.

Delusional Dish/Blockbuster can't even do that. There are too many limitations and complications which customers resent. Netflix will not be eating Blockbuster's dust anytime soon.

Stop being vague and put forth a logical argument against Blockbuster other than your unexplained preference to cheer for NUTflix as they go down in the flames they stoked.

Are you kidding me if Blockbuster plays its cards right it could destroy netflix. They're DVD by mail program is already better than Netflix, 28 days eailier for most new releases, free bluray upgrades, and unlimited in store exchanges. Everything will be riding on there streaming content. It needs to be cheaper, better, and more than Netflix offers. Plus they have kiosks like redbox and stores. And lets not forget Dish Network took Sirius stock from .04 cent to $1.70. I predict in 5 years blockbuster will more than likely have smaller and fewer stores and focus on there kiosks, streaming video, and dvd mail rentals.

I agree. But if Blockbuster has lesser stores and more kiosks, how will people be able to locate these kiosks? Also how will people be able to rent games? Netflix is also good because you can watch unlimited movies, has many kiosks, and are in the Wii, X-box 360, PS3, and even the 3DS. Redbox is also ok because it has lots of kiosks but isn't very popular though.

I agree, the problem is they are not immediately taking advantage of netflix missteps and this will hurt them.

As far as finding them, it is now to the point to where there is a major store, there is a kiosk. You find them all over the place but if you still cannot find one, you can always go to the locator service on their website.

True but if you have GPS or something you will be able to pinpoint where the actual store is but you can't find kiosks. Also, stores have more of a selection.

Blockbuster by mail (or in store) is not.

My first instinct was that you were mistaken. You sure did compound it though by insisting it was true, even after your denial you said it to begin with. So instead you're just plain wrong, NUTflix has ZERO Kiosks.
