Smasher, Todd to be replaced on KRBE morning show

i hate the roula and ryan show and i do not remember any surveys that asked houstonians what they thought. i will not listen to the morning show and since i do not like the afternoon dj's i will not listen to the station at all. I would rather drive in silence. In fact i would rather listen to sam malone on 96.5 and i do not even like their music. you suck !

I can only imagine what you listen to and what you like to hear on a daily basis. But to say that the Roula and Ryan show sucks is harsh. Have you ever really listend to or payed any attention to the show at all? To know that you would rather hear Sam Malone in the morning says lots about who you are. I must say that if you like to hear either Sam or Maria and Adam, darling you deserve to drive in silence. Please take it from me that you need to get out of Baytown to experiance what life really has to offer! And about the survey, they only asked those with taste.

I am sad to hear that Atom and Maria are no longer on the air. I have listened to the Roula and Ryan show before and to be honest I liked them better than Sam Malone. Sam Malone to me was BORING..But I really did enjoy listening to Atom and Maria...Atom was so stupid but funny..I never laughed so hard when he would make those Batman prank calls. Roula and Ryan are also great but I would rather listen to Atom and Maria in the morning.

I think Roula and Ryan are ok, Roula talks like a blonde valley girl so that can get old. I still want Atom and Maria back, and that will not happen. Frankly I am not going to support any company that would do what they did to Atom and Maria anyway....screw 104. Greed Sucks

Atom and Maria were great! I loved listening to them in the morning. I am sad that they arent on the air anymore. I will have to listen to Roula and Ryan and see how they are. I love the morning shows, however, I do not like the station 104.KRBE music.

Maria Todd I wish you the best. Krbe should have given you amother postion thier at the station. I did not care for Atom
he was a bit trashy. I never liked his jokes, but i wish him well. I do like Roula and Ryan they are good together.

I was shocked to hear that atom and maria were no longer on the morning show. The radio station will not be the same without them. Really enjoyed listening to them they made a great team.

I loved listening to Roula and Ryan in the morning, as I did Atom & Maria. I think the major difference is that Roula and Ryan are a "cleaner" funny. You don't have to censor what they are saying. While I am sad to see Atom and Maria go; I am glad to have Roula and Ryan back. Just wish they could co-exist!

atom and maria were the best. they always got my day started off with a good laugh. i'll just listen to 97.9 in the morning now.

i just want to say that i am no longer going to listen to the KRBE morning show with Roula and Ryan... i mis atom and maria SOO much- they always started off my day with a good laugh. i miss them and dont understand why they were terminated. so sad.

I cant believe that Atom and Maria are no longer on air. Im an angry black woman, so people better watch out. those two were the funniest ever!...so now i'm forced to listen to the Mexicans in the Morning on Mega 101.1 ... this is terrbile. And frankly, Roula and Ryan, even though they have worked with KRBE, are BORING to listen to in the morning. so there.

I am so upset to know that Atom and Maria are no longer on the air. This is sad to know, especially if you leave on vacation and come back to some blondes that are so boring....
I will no longer tune to 104KRBE. I will now listen to 101.1 Mega. Roula and Ryan are boring!!! They should be the ones without a job......not Atom and Maria....

I am very upset that Maria and Atom were booted from the show in that manner. Their fans didn;t even get the opportunity to wish them goodbye. The radio station has treated Maria and Atom as well as the fans badly. The fans are what make the radio station great and they completely disregarded our feelings. Hence, I ahve stopped listnening to KRBE.
I was never a big fan of Roula and Ryan and I don't think they will measure up to Atom and Maria. So, sad to say I won't be giving them a try.

I liked Maria but Atom was getting a little annoying when he made fun of the other guy (good looking guy)

The new DJs are okay but the other guy who talks in the back has kind of annoying voice - nasal and just not very DJ like.

Are there any stations that play better music in Houston? They keep playing the same thing over and over and over...

KRBe could have at least had the decency to let the viewers know what was about to happen to our wonderful morning show. Roula and Ryan are way boring. Roula is a mic hog anyways. Maria was on the show or many years and deserves to be treated better. KRBE can suck it!!!

Unbelievable – you come back from vacation and KRBE sucks terribly! I was a devoted listener to Sam and Maria and followed him briefly to 96.5 but I realized the reason I was listening was Maria and not Sam. I listened to Atom in the afternoons but never thought he survive a longer period in the morning. BUT… with Maria both made a great team! I have never enjoyed my morning commutes more then in the one year they were on air.
I am listening to R&R right now when I get in the car but I am not convinced. Nothing captures my interest and after a couple of minutes I turn to my CD’s – the only alternative now.
I wish Atom and Maria will stay together and rock some other radio station. Both together are awesome. Unfortunately for me this might not be in Houston.
To KRBE and your (proven wrong) demographic research department: I am a male, 39 yrs old, post graduate education, family with 2 kids, 2 dogs, typical suburban family, income in the range you were looking for.

I think Sam Malone should just get off the air his OLD and BORING... and mess up my whole morning thing ever since he like moved to like 69.5.They should have Roula and Ryan on 96.5 and Maria and Atom on 104.1 that way I can switch from both station, the only reason I would listen to Roula and Ryan is for the War of the Roses and thats about it and then turn to Atom and Maria, which are pretty kool at times. Now the radio sucks even more so I'm just going to stick to my cd collection and see about getting Sat Radio!

Thats too bad about Atom and Maria they were pretty good together, Roula and Ryan are, um ok just seem really old. Atom and Maria seem somewhat younger and I loved listen to them, as far as Sam Malone who listen to him? He isn't that great it reminds me of an old man try to be hip. So now I guess for the morning I'm going to turn to 101.1, 94.5,104.9,97.9 but Houston really NEED a new station that plays varity, because in honest all radio station play the same thing over and over, til then I'm sticking to my cds!

Will a RADIO station please pick up ATOM and MARIA for the rest of us please? They made my commute worthwhile and got me to wake up in the morning. I'm not exaggerating either. I miss them so much! PLEASE COME BACK!!!

I am with the former loyal listener. I thought I liked Sam and Maria, but Sam just got on my nerves. He talks so fast and you can't understand him half the time. Atom's just stupid and made the show trashy. I realized I just really liked Maria...she made me laugh. Sorry to see her off the air.
