I was going to a pub and having a few beers but lately I've been reading alot about the strict laws on this sort of thing. Appearantly DWI and DUI are different, the laws seem to indicate that you can still infact be charged even if your BAC isn't over the legal limit (provided you fail sobriety tests, etc.) But even more bizarre is the fact I've read people say don't even try 1 beer and drive because police are looking for any reason to charge people these days. So my poll is private and designed to figure out what people here think in general.
I myself have thought 1 beer along with some food isn't bad, but the discussions I've seen are really insane, people saying if you're in any accident and they find out you were drinking even 1 beer you can be in serious trouble (even if the others fault). So I think I'll stick to eating at this bar and drinking beers at home, but then what real fun is that! lol
