Here that idiot goes again.
At this late date, the primary effect of this lawsuit is to show that our AG listens at AG conferences, then takes that step which best suits his public relations agenda.
Where was he back when the alleged wrongs might have been prevented? Or minimized?

I hope they include Steve Greenberg in that lawsuit. That guy s-c-r-e-w-ed so many people in this area it's incredible. And he did it with a big smile on his face and he did it like he was doing you a favor.
I hope they take countrywide and all those dirt balls down.

Hey Blumenthal make yourself usefull go after something worthwhile, like the power companies. When they screwed with the state you were in court the next day. We've been getting screwed for the last 3 years, and yet you've done nothing.

Seems a few years ago before risky loans were made, these companies were under the microscope for discrimination.
I will agree that some investigation is needed with regard to bait and switch, as many members of the lower middle class are easy prey for such sleazy techniques - myself included.
Doing business with this state is like talking to a mental person who is hard of hearing - they'll ask that one speak up and then accuse that person of yelling at them!

I think this is a waste of the state's responsible residents tax dollars. What's next? Suing papermate because they made the pen that these "victimized" homowners signed their mortgage documents with? Or better yet sue WB Mason for making the paper it was printed on.
