This is a little differant than the version Chris Dodd gave on TV last Sunday while being interviewed by Dennis House (Channel 3)...Dodd, is like an airliner running on one engine...I really wake up each morning to see what he did for an encore! Even the HC has stopped covering for his ineptitude, greed, and clear desire to do whatever it takes to TRY to be a Player among the Rich and Famous!!! Arrogance and a Pompous attitude...I think his sense of reality has taken a vacation to La La Land!

Dodd is involved in the Cover-up of Geithner in the A.I.G. deal.
The coverup is an attempt to protect Obama from the scandal. It was Geithner
who snuck in a deal to make sure that
AIG gave out bonuses. Obama is trying to convince us that his administration
had nothing to do with the Bonus deal.
He is now a liar, look at the facts.
Dodd is taking a Fall for the coverup.

Dodd didn't know he got a below market mortgage deal, he didn't know he got a below market Irish palace deal, he didn't know he put an amendment in OKing the AIG bonuses, even though AIG gave him $100k. He didn't know Rangel was getting 4 rent-controlled apartments. He didn't know Rangel had a caribbean villa which he was earning rent-free dollars on. what does he know???

It's not credible that Dodd (and the others) did not know they were getting a special deal. Why would Countrywide give Dodd (and the others) a below market rate if it wasn't trying to earn Dodd's goodwill? How would Countrywide get credit for giving Dodd (and the others) a below market rate if they didn't tell him? Contrywide was loosing money on these loans. The company wouldn't make such an expensive investment without making darn sure Dodd (and the others) knew they were getting special treatment. The VIP program just doesn't make sense otherwise.
