againstchl Honolulu, HI	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Aug 22, 2008 I created this poll to see whether or not you agree that all States should file an injuction to block Countrywide Home Loans (or any other "predetory lender" from foreclosing on anyones property unless: 1. the lender can prove it did not participate in any "Predetory Practice", 2. It can prove that a default exists, 3. It can prove that it is actually the "real party in interest" and that any money did not come from an outside investor.

THEY WILL NOT EVEN PAY OFF ON AN INSURANCE POLICY THAT WAS TAKEN WITH THEIR COMPANY. I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM PEOPLE IF THEY ARE HAVING AN INSURANCE POLICY NOT BEING PID OFF. I WONDER HOW OFTEN THIS IS HAPPENING NOW IN THIS FINANCIAL CRISIS.
