Perhaps his moves weren't improper, perhaps it was all incompetence. None the less, he should be released from the company without further compensation. Bank of America should escort him to the parking lot and send him on his way. The poor stockholders should be suing the entire Board of Directors for malfeasance, and the SEC should be very thorough in it's investigation into improper stock sales by any officer of the company. It is long past time for the government to get serious regarding ethically challenged company officials. Crime is crime, no matter who is committing it. Some bright executive stealing millions is just as guilty as some poor schlep stealing a few thousand from a bank, and should be punished accordingly.

Pure unadulterated greed; meanwhile thousands have lost their homes! Gives new perspective to the cliche "the rich get richer and the poor get poorer."
